Michael Finger — Chief Financial Officer

Michael Finger is Chief Financial Officer and Assistant School Administrator. He earned a Masters Degree in Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Boston University.

Mike has a strong background in commercial real estate finance and has acted as senior lending officer for several institutional lenders in Arizona.

Mike is the co-founder and President of Cardinal Financial Services which grew to become a nationally known commercial real estate mortgage brokerage firm (licensed in Arizona and California).

During his professional career he has served on various panels and moderated financial symposiums. His articles have been published in various developer journals. He is an accredited instructor, approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and has taught various financial analysis and computer classes for banks, thrifts and private organizations.

He has a successful history of structuring real estate transactions to create win-win situations for all parties.
