Jennifer West — Director of Temporary & Career Placement Services

Graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Jennifer comes to Hyland Bay with over three years of experience in the staffing industry. As the Director of Temporary & Career Placement Services, Jennifer has worked her way up through the ranks and has become a very valuable asset to the Hyland Bay Team. In addition to managing an intern staff of over 55, she also works with builders throughout the country providing placement services at all levels, from president to sales associate.

With her positive and energetic attitude, she is committed to providing her client's with quality service in a timely manner, even under the most time sensitive and pressured situations.

Her winning attitude inspires the entire Hyland Bay team.
